10-27: SOUTH DAWSON TEACHERS, 1921-1944

The first school at South Dawson was built in 1921. It was a log building 20’ x 24’ in size. This school was built by community effort and opened in September 1921 with 6 pupils. The first teacher was Wesley Sutherland.
